• Approval letter from the Ministry of Energy and Mining (Commissioner of Mines)

• Approval letter from the Ministry of Health (MOH)

Letter from MOH states the time frame if not then three months

Motor Vehicles/Equipment

• Applicant’s letter
• Copies of Ownership documents (Fitness & Registration Certificate, Title etc.)
