Kingston, Jamaica - The Jamaica Trade Board Limited wishes to advise the public that due to ongoing technical challenges being experienced with the Jamaica Single Window for Trade (JSWIFT) platform, the processing of import permit applications is being delayed.
Consequently, some applications have not been approved within the standard turnaround time of three (3) working days.
The JSWIFT technical team at the Jamaica Customs Agency (JCA) is actively working to resolve these issues and restore full functionality at the earliest possible time.
The Jamaica Trade Board Limited sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience being experienced. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we collaborate with the JSWIFT team to rectify the issue.
